He told me that โyour flight pattern has to mimic a jumper.โ Now, every time I see somebody in the gym jumping high enough to dunk but they keep missing, Iโll tell them to jump from one full gather step further a way. Then I watch them get their first ever dunk.
Itโs crazy how athleticism works cuz Bron is easily the best athlete in the room and yet his first dunk is 14 while half the team got before that๐
