Deni Avdija contributed a team-high 26 points to go with 6 rebounds, 4 three pointers and 2 assists, while Shaedon Sharpe added an additional 21 points (8-13 FG, 4-7 3P) in the game. CJ McCollum finished with a team-high 23 points along with 3 three pointers for the Pelicans in the losing effort. The Trail Blazers improve their record to 13-23 with the win, while the Pelicans fall to 7-31 for the season. The Pelicans’ next game is Friday, 1/10/2025, against the 76ers on the road (7:00 PM ET, NBC Sports Philadelphia/GCSEN), while the Trail Blazers continue their road trip on Thursday, 1/9/2025, when they face the Mavericks (8:30 PM ET, KFAA/WFAA/KUNP / KATU 2.2).
