If hawks want to be successful they need to let Murray be number 1 option not trae whoโs a shot chucker/flopper/bad defender. This dude killed his team with his selfish play in the playoffs.

.1 the Mavs were up 2-1 on the jazz without luka and they were mediocre without luka in the season, not terrible
And it doesnโt even matter, everyone knows luka is better than Trae. That doesnโt mean Trae is a disappointing player in any way. Heโs done historical things in his first 4 years including taking the Hawks to the ECF having no home court advantage and averaging 28 and 9 in that playoffs. He dropped 48 and 11 on the Bucks for a win in game 1 and had 30 in game 3 before he got hurt.
.2 Trae led his team to 26-14 in the last half of the season in 2022 because they got healthier lol and even then Collins was still hurt but in the first half of the season all of their key players except Trae were hurt, even Capela who was playing was dealing with an injury
What did you want the man to do? He still dragged his team to playoffs averaging 28 and 10 on 46/38/90 splits thatโs amazing.
They lost in the playoffs because Capela and Collins were hurt,
And the team had 1 perimeter defender and no one else other than Trae who could create their own shot. So Trae wasnโt in a position to play well with his pick and roll partners hurt and no second option. Miami was able to just load up on him and the Hawks had no option. If Luka was in the playoffs last year with no Brunson to put pressure on the defense, and no big man for his pick and roll game I guarantee you it wouldnโt have been the same way.
If you actually watched a good amount of hawks games youโd understand this but we both know you donโt so I suggest you just stop making yourself look idiotic and give it up with this dumb argument.

@Kelly Thompson II I think trae is a good player but people like to overrate this guy so much. He made 9th seed last season which is a playoff position by default. He really only made the playoff once. He also had the worst series by a star in playoff history vs Miami.his stats in playoff elimination games is 15/5/3 or something like that but these fans make out heโs a top 10 player in the league.
