Wolves, and I agree they were a fantastic defensive team but they match up far better to shifty guards like Murray; they can certainly trouble Luka, but his stocky, slow approach just handles the pressure far better especially since he’s been destroying drop coverages for years, which the Wolves personnel seemed best comfortable at

Also, how can yo barely include Gobert? He is the DPOY in large part because of his unflashy defense. He blocks, sure, but he mostly reads the game beautifully.
Funny how Old Heads say this era doesn’t Play Defense, NBA players nowadays are way way way better stronger faster Taller bigger than the 90s NBA players
