With the series win, the Celtics now have 18 NBA Championships, breaking a tie with the Los Angeles Lakers and giving them the most in NBA history.

He guarded Luka the whole series, he led the run to close Game 1 + led them in scoring for the game, and hit the biggest shot of the series in Game 3 as part of an enormous second half to save them from blowing a 20-point lead. That sounds like the MVP to me. Tatum would have been well worthy, but I’m glad Brown won it because his defense on Luka was legit incredible
