I’m embarrassed for Russell’s response about not having expectations despite setting some in the preseason. And being an LA native, he knows that being on the Lakers comes with championship expectations and his presence elevated the team from Dynamic Duo to Big 3. His response made me think that he no longer sets standards for himself which would explain this career low season

As dynamic as a player Russ has been through out has career, he’s a bit arrogant and has a lot of pride. His ego has taken a huge blow since joining the Lakers. I doubt he’d ever admit that he had expectations. At the beginning of the season the entire team did before they started stockpiling L’s.

I am sorry. Westbrook is not the problem. How does a guy average a triple double last season and gets traded to another team and all of a sudden he is a problem? I will point the finger at the coach……Lebron

This is literally a cyclical process, after GMs divest power to Lebron over personnel the culture and morale plummet and he abandons ship. It’s happened every team and he’s the consistent variable

These players are getting paid millions and the highest paid players are always the first to quit.

    Before the season started SAS:
The NBA finals gonna be Lakers vs Nets. 😂😂😂😂
Lebron put together a team w/ a bunch of hasbeen.
Unfortunately, for all of us the regular season is soon to be over, watching Westbrick are the most fun I’ve had this season.

Instead of having a female analyist why not have another former nba player so that when they speak, we know they have actual expeirence instead of having a WNBA player?

Honestly clippers are my favorite to win it in 2023. Hope russ finds a new home that allows him to be him ( even as a 6th man) and the lakers figure themselves out

Jeanie Buss(asked about how close was Kobe joining the Clippers) : Kobe once wore clippers colors to a game a & not just the jersey he really had on their colors. So it was a strong possibility he was going there…there you go Stephen A.

MJ the Goat would 1)never leave the court with 5 mins to play , 2) never join other superstars to win a championship, 3)never lose in the nba finals, 4) never quit on the defensive or offensive end. 5) Never check his stats in-game when his team was losing by 30.

Earvin “Magic” Johnson = 5 championships; Big Game James Worthy = 3 championships; Dr. Shaq O’neal = 3 championships with the Los Angeles Lakers (Oh, let’s not forget the memory and dedication of one Kobe “Black Mamba” Bryant = 5 championships. Hey Westbrick, these guys are watching you! Either shape up or ship out!

“i had no expectations” lmao westbrick, maybe that’s why you’re losing, lakers lose key pieces to pay you all that money, shaq was disappointed yesterday on that answer and i would imagine kobe fuming on his grave on how a disgrace you are in the lakers franchise 😂
