Can’t beat the Golden State Warriors. Warriors defend, unlike the Suns

Nash, Marion, and Stoudemire were one of the best big threes in history.

Isn’t 33% from 3 and 50% from 2 actually giving you the EXACT same results?

Double the offense, half the defense.

Steve Nash, voice + face, is a poor man’s Tom Cruise. A player who made use of everything he had. #hof

The problem with going with EFG% and TS% is that it’s not as useful in the playoffs, and especially down the stretch of games, when you just need shots to go in and you’re not gonna get as many foul calls. That’s when the good old FG% becomes more valuable when evaluating a scorer, as you just want someone to make a shot regardless of whether it’s a 2 or a 3. Usually, the defense ends up giving up midrange options, so a player who can take that option and convert it at a high level becomes extremely valuable.

Not keeping Joe Johnson hurt them and trying to be a bigger team trading for Kurt Thomas hurt that team they talk about it on Knuckle heads when Nash was on .

Only reason small ball works is if you have two of the best shooters of all time, deep into playoffs rebounds dictate the game

No wonder Nash could see everyone on the floor..he’s got chameleon eyes: each one is looking in a different direction. The close-up shots confirm it.

Either that or they’re just growing apart over time as they learn to resent each other like a faltering marriage.

James Nash had me dying 😂😂😂😂😂😂💀💀💀💀💀 if only Shawn Marion hung on a little bit longer, Rajah Bell, Boris Diaw, Steve Nash, Amare, and young Jared Dudley coming in were quite the core!

Its working now, because dudes like kg, tim.duncan, shaq are no longer playing, that small ball in the mid 00s had problems against elite big men
