Shaq downplaying himself. Shaq crashed the board, he made it a point to go at defenders and it always looked like he was trying to draw a foul, every time he touched the ball. Embiid doesnt have the same ferocity and aggressiveness that made Shaq Shaq.

I agree with Shaq tho embiid has the shot and footwork. He has the ability to affect the game more with that threat of shooting. But he has to be committed

Both Simmons and Embiid have the potential to be all-time greats. But something is not connecting. Ben is not shooting, and Joel is shooting too much from afar.

Kenny Smith hit it on the head, it is about play design. Also it’s the change of style of play in the NBA, its actually killing the post bigs. With saying that it seems to be killing off some of their potential superstars careers. It literally ended the center position. If
Embiid played in the 80’s & 90’s he would be one of the greatest centers we have ever seen.

I think a big difference between Shaq & Kobe vs Embiid & Simons is that the Lakers Shaq & Kobe would fight over who should shoot the ball at times and not be passive like Embiid & Simons. This shows you that they really wanted it.

05:00 Barkley got sweep in 3 games by the Knicks in 1989, but he qualified he never got sweep in 4 games.
