    Quinn had his time at duke and for the warriors

    He’s not NBA Leauge material as a back up point guard

    He reminds me of, Shane Larkin

    Shane’s thriving overseas

    And they both have a score first mentality and are both under sized.

    Quinn should stay overseas and find a team that will pay him 1-2 million per year ( if possible ) with other incentives
