Malcolm is a knowledgeable young guy….
but i want to hear about systemic racism from an expert with greater knowledge of the history of racism and its patterns.
I’d rather if they made this conversation more transparent in that way.

Edit: I am still watching the whole thing to the end, btw.

Luca Z because if he did he wouldn’t be speaking to a so called white man about so called black peoples problems. He’s a pawn who was told to come on here and do this.

      Luca Z
…becuase then he would’ve been introduced as Dr. Brogdon.

      Edit: that’s when you know.

BEEZus I’m not saying he’s an expert but he can still have a lot of knowledge about the history of racism

Ernie: I am a 63 year old white guy. How can I help?
Malcolm: One, you can Educate yourself.

Amazing question and amazing answer. #LivesMatter

Giri Dharan i thought he was too vague with his whole response.

@BEEZus vague means unclear or not to the point. he was neither

      June 4, 2020 at 2:58 am

espben360 “You can educate yourself” is an open ended response that was not supported by Malcolm with any thoughtfully, detailed insight.
he gave Ernie no clear instruction.

is there racism in the country and are there police that abuse their authority ? no question. is America as a whole systemically racist and out to keep all minorities from getting out the struggle/family cycle of poverty and achieving their dreams like me? no.

I love the show. Heres an example if stagnating racism. In every black community there is a Martin Luther King street or school. In black communities there is always a school name after a state history maker a national history maker and are white. You have that in the white community. But there is never a Martin Luther King street or school or any black person. Unless you gingerfication the area. Then you will pull the blackness out. Because thats what you do. And no shame later will only justify the moment.

Asinine. I’ve been on board with civil rights, police reform, etc. However, the demonization of white people is now officially off the deep end. Shut your mouth

Last year there were 10M arrests in the US. Of those 10M, police were involved in fatal shootings 1004 times. Only 41 of those 1004 fatal shootings were unarmed people. 19 where white, and 9 were black. Obviously this narrative is a lie.

Testos Tyrone and all four cops have been charged and everyone condemned it. There will always be a small number of evil cops (800k in the US, not all are going to be good). What else do you want?

It’s sad that the left has come to this: they’re publicly honoring a man who has been in trouble with the law for the past 2 decades, including being in prison for 5 years for armed robbery, breaking and entering, and holding a gun to the stomach of a pregnant woman. When have they ever honored a cop fallen in the line of duty?

I mean I don’t understand this one bit… Brogdon telling EJ he should educate himself because black people are highly representative in jails?
Shouldn’t they educate themselves then, not Ernie? Ernie is pretty educated

Investors and bankers own America. They choose what gets said in the media, what gets done, what the politicians do, and who gets to live where. Thankfully, many politicians are disrupting this system, and many rich Wall Street/Silicon Valley folks are taking a stand against the racists in their midst and using their money for good, but the people deserve the power, not the racist, selfish ultra-rich.
