Stephen Curry has been pissed off ever since the Warriors were eliminated by Memphis in last season’s second play-in game to secure the 8th seed in the Western Conference Playoffs. I’m not a Warriors fan, but I don’t blame him or any of his teammates who were there last season for feeling that way one bit. To earn the 8th seed during the regular season, as they did last year, and then losing it by having to play two play-in games and ending up losing both of them just isn’t right. This play-in tournament really renders competing to earn a 7th and 8th seeding for the playoffs during the regular season totally useless. It rewards teams that finished 9th and 10th in their respective conferences to challenge for the 8th and final spot in the playoffs, as well as giving the 8th seeded team a chance to challenge the 7th seeded team for the spot they earned during the regular season. In my opinion, that’s some fouled up foolishness. Golden State’s response to that is to advance to the 2022 NBA Finals and end up winning their 4th Championship in the last 8 seasons, with two losses, one in 2016 to Cleveland, and the other one in 2019 to Toronto.

When he gets serious about his physical training, maybe, he’ll be ready to drag a team to a chip.
Nobody in their right mind can sit here and tell me that doesn’t take plays off. That he doesn’t give up on defense regularly.
He’s a gifted player. I don’t see that other gear that champions have, though. That _fight_ instead of crying to the refs on literally every offensive play.
