He played some of the most active & persistent defense I have seen him play outside of some play off series. He had a awesome block. If he is willing to play that hard on defense, Lakers have a chance.

Whatever. Mavs got Flagg, so I can’t be too mad. It just bothers me as a Mavs fan that no one seems willing to admit that Luka’s dedication to conditioning this off season is an admission that he didn’t do it in Dallas.
In reality, the trade was a wake up call that Luka needed to experience. He’ll be a better player because of it. And now he gets to be the centerpiece of the NBAs flagship franchise. Boohoo. Poor Luka.
