KD’s legacy is already completely ruined.. Even before all this drama with Brooklyn.. No true hooper/hoop fan has an ounce of respect for KD let’s be real dude is the definition of a sellout… Much rather see him go ringless than win taking the route that he chose..

The irony is that he’s the one who was obsessed about it, that’s why he joined the Warriors after they beat him, it’s why he left the Warriors after he’d won two with them, cos he realized how cheap those rings were, he’s the one who demanded a trade from Nets after he’d signed a 4 yr contract with them. Now he wants all of us to pretend he doesn’t “care” about legacy

The irony is those are all assumptions you have made from listening to sports media and watching from a distance, while not knowing why KD actually made those decisions πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚

if he just wanted to play ball, he would just stay in OKC and play ball. Clearly, it means something to him. And now after Curry wins another ring, hes like oh legacy don’t really matter like that . Its ridiculous. LMAOOO

@Cold Ones another person running with media narratives. Smh… no free thinkers when it comes to KD smh… if you wanted to do something in a more efficient way and saw someone else you could partner with that runs an efficient system you could easily slide into, and they wanted you to join them, wouldn’t you join them?

The stupidity of basketball fans is shameful. The only plausible situation is what’s presented by media right?

      Sad…

I wonder if KD ever thought about going back to okc to try to get a chip

Why can’t KD go back and win a chip at OKC?

Jacoby is alright by me but bro…this man’s nose is distractingly off center. Did somebody break it? What happened? Why’d his nose just take a left turn half way down his face?

There must be friends and family of KD looking at KD always chirping back online and going why????? Why do you always feed the online trolls? Its sad that KD is focusing on the wrong things and not focusing all his energy on getting back physically, having less injuries, and being in that mindset (you all know I am, I’m KD) and just dominating on the court.

When Lebron went BACK to Cleveland, wasn’t much different than leaving for the Heat. Wade and Bosh were getting older/injured and the CAVS had a better roster for him to compete with, that’s why he went back to Cleveland. King of ring chasers. Started the whole thing as far as star players in their prime.

      July 15, 2022 at 5:11 pm

@ALL ACCORDING TO PLAN how did he quit on Cleveland?? HE WAS A FA. He’s can leave if he wants that’s his right πŸ€‘πŸ’―πŸ€¦πŸΎβ€β™‚οΈ.

    • ALL ACCORDING TO PLAN

      July 15, 2022 at 5:17 pm

@Darius Johnson it’s not β€œpunishing” it’s called don’t make empty promises lol. At this point you’re just in denial. If dude didn’t jump teams 3 times, playing with multiple all stars to chase rings then you tell me. πŸ˜΄πŸ€·β€β™‚οΈ

    • ALL ACCORDING TO PLAN

      July 15, 2022 at 5:27 pm

@Darius Johnson Leaving a team because you can is still quitting the team. No one is arguing that he didn’t have a right (irrelevant point). The only difference is that it’s more reasonable than outright requesting a trade. That’s why part of the reason why I said what I said about Him and KD about doing things differently. Also stop acting like the addition of Bron was the sole factor of the Heat getting past the second round. As if other roster changes didn’t make an impact to the team’s success. Same thing with Kyrie who doesn’t get enough credit for his major contribution for that Cavs run. Lol The more and more sound like a typical bron fan who literally talks as if he did everything himself when they win πŸ˜‚

    • Darius Johnson

      July 15, 2022 at 8:50 pm

@ALL ACCORDING TO PLAN How can you call being a free agent irrelevant?? You realize their team owner said that LeBron quit on them long before the summer came around while the playoffs was still going. Accusing him of all types of things players in the locker room telling him we don’t need you even though he was the only reason why they were in the playoffs. Leaving a team is when you under contract and you want out that’s giving up on the team. But me playing out my whole my rookie contract and the extension then choosing to take my skills somewhere else is not giving up on The team that’s literally called free agency. So I guess you don’t take it as a team given up on a player even though he’s under contract and they trade him?? So while you figure out what side of your neck you’re talking from even though one player literally played out every single minute of his contract and another player is requesting a trade with 4 years left on the contract. Like I said you make Casual arguments and try to connect bridges that aren’t thereπŸ€‘πŸ’―πŸ€£πŸ˜‚. Good night kiddo go read up on the real stories

  15. The Honest Hoser

    July 14, 2022 at 7:43 am

Jacoby: “What’s wrong with being a ring chaser”? That’s fine. But fans/media/other players/ will rank your “rings” somewhat lower than the greats who built a chamionship (the vast majority of titles). It’s why some of these guys are so salty with fans and media. They wanted the easy money ring but also want the FULL adulation that every championship receives. Not all the same.

  16. FRE FLO DO

    July 14, 2022 at 9:42 am

Talent or not, KD cannot be trusted to follow through on what he started or a contract that he signed. That’s why franchises aren’t cleaning their slates to bring him in. They all know that taking a chance on KD can make them all the next Brooklyn Nets soap opera & tragedy.

Time to take a closer look at KD
Very good shooter, mediocre rebounder for his size, average handle, above average defense, mediocre passer, mediocre finisher,

KD makes fun of “legacy” because his is toast. He will NOT be remembered as a top 20 player. My generation remembers MJ as the best. This generation will remember KD as a runner. For someone who says he just wants “to ball”, he can’t just ball. He runs away from any challenge.

Legacy discussions are a waste of time. Ditto for player reactions! Take them away and half the shows currently airing would have nothing to talk about. If only!
