@@bownruler121 I don’t think it was a time thing, they played in the league together for 9 seasons and Kobe didn’t need long to study and find counters, he figured Steph out very quickly. It was the physical aspect of KD being 7 foot with a shot release above 10 feet mixed with him being one of the greatest shooters of all time. He admitted he couldn’t find a weakness because there’s no holes in his game. If you look up Kobe talks about KD in interview you’ll probably find the video, it’s insane how high Kobe’s ball iq was. The dude studied Steph so much he knew the timing of his rhythm and muscle memory, he knew how many seconds it took for Steph to make his favorite moves just so he could throw him off and make him uncomfortable.
