It’s so incredible Jokić is 7th in scoring, 1st in rebound and 1st in assists, 1st player ever to lead in both and he’s going to finish 3-4th in mvp voting. I get the case for SGA and Wemby (would throw Luka in there but that’s come to an end) but to do that and put up 28 a game, it’s so damn impressive.

40 points and 13 assists. No turnovers in an overtime win against an elite defense with one of the best defenders the NBA has ever seen. It’s unfortunate that the MVP has become a team award because the voters have no argument against Jokic other than team wins.

Wow, what a game with Spurs in control for the most part but Denver experience and Jokic won by a hair ! Spurs failed to solve the Aaron Gordon on Wemby defense. Wemby was forced to take off balance shots and didn’t even draw any fouls. Spurs need to figure out a better end of game plan.
