@Anthony Broaddus it’s absolutely relevant. Lebron would have been killed had he missed a game against the freak and played against Dame and company. Kawhi is getting a pass for avoiding a tougher match up.

Because people hold LeBron high above Kawhi

Lebron has done that and so have a lot of over stars. Chuck is right saying they should just admit it instead of talking about injuries when the subject doesn’t come on the table during playoffs

I don’t always side with Chuck but he’s right on this one. Less than 10 games into the season and he’s sitting out a prime game. Come on man.

So do you get gas when youre stranded, on E, quarter tank or half tank? When you work out and your bum shoulder or knee starts talking to you, do you rest the next day or just power through. Better question: would someone who chose the cautious answers be “wrong” for doing so?

The only load management Shaq, Chuck and Kenny know about is wherever their wives let them leave it 😉

shorten the 82 games or we need to accept that load management is a thing and should be accepted already.

Easy fix: Get rid of back-to-back games. Make the season start earlier, or cut games off the schedule.

Shaq and Chuck never took days off until they were old on the Celtics and Rockets respectively

He isn’t injured…it’s load management. You don’t go from being so hurt, unable to play one day, to playing 33 minutes the very next day. Clippers are just being cautious with him…and keeping his minutes and back-to-backs in check. –

Get rid of Shaq, all he does is argue with people and can’t take others opinions

If Lebron started “load management” at 28 and only played 75% of his regular season games… he’d play till he was 45 , as would a lot of other NBA greats lol

This is the same thing that Leonard and “his team” pulled against the Spurs two seasons ago. Probably was not a fake injury, but they blew it out of proportion, using it to get their way out of San Antonio, while tarnishing the Spurs’ reputation along the way. Somehow, people forgot, and think that just because he was lucky to win a ring for Toronto and he’s got talents, that it’s all forgiven.
