The Clippers defeated the Heat, 109-98 tonight in LA. Norman Powell contributed a team-high 29 points to go with 6 rebounds 5 three pointers and 3 steals, with James Harden of the Clippers adding an additional 26 points (9-17 FG, 6-10 3P) and 11 assists in the game. Tyler Herro finished with a team-high 32 points along with 11 rebounds for the Heat in the losing effort. The Clippers improve their record to 21-17 with the win, while the Heat fall to 20-18 for the season. The Clippers’ next game is Wednesday, 1/15/2025, against the Nets on the road (10:30 PM ET, FanDuel Sports Network – SoCal/YES), while the Heat continue their road trip on Wednesday, 1/15/2025, when they face the Lakers (10:00 PM ET, Spectrum SportsNet/FanDuel Sports Network – Sun).

    Heat are trash out of all the games yall wanted to play zone vs clippers I hope yall play zone vs lakers if yall don’t that shii sad just play zone to take a L every one knows if u play zone the start of the game your legs going to get tired and thst means no energy for shooting in the 2nd half and that’s what happen and yall lost 🤷🏾‍♂️

      zone is easier to play for the defender than man 2 man. heat zone is pretty good. other teams are starting to copy them cuz its effective. heat just couldnt shoot 2nd half

    We need Kawhi to be spur kawhi. So He don’t get that much of injury. GDP=Powell Zuba Harden . And kawhi play the helping role and of course sometimes he can take in charge

    This is Hardens best shape since 2018. Good to see Kawhi moving well, slowly getting back in and not too much of a burden on him offensively. Also, loving Kevin Porter Jrs’ redemption Arc.
