@bj acunia stop being hypocrite. Not because even when your team is healthy and complete but still losing doesn’t mean others are like that too. This heat team was practically a bunch of undrafted and Gleague players who lack 3 of their starters in Butler, Lowry, and Tucker.

Let’s be honest here the Heat’s record is better than they really are and the Celtics are better than their record really is. My point is the East is really bunched up and their record isn’t really an indicator of how good any team is even at this point in the season.

Marcus Smart is the barometer of the Celtics. If he looks to set up his teammates and take reasonable shots, the C’s can compete with anyone in the league. I don’t know why the C’s let Strus go. He’s what Nesmith should be right now for the C’s.

Agree with this, if Smart will continue to push the pace, focus on getting the Jays easy shots and playing elite defense, the Celts will be trending on the right direction. On the other hand, Strus is a one that got away when you think we can keep him instead of freaking Carsen, Waters, Ojeleye, & Javonte although he’s good.

agree with the Strus thing as he was looked as a shooter in college and yeah Nesmith is supposed to be that shooter for us but then theres Hauser who’s our 2-way guy who’s also a great shooter and showed in preseason so maybe he’s the second chance if we keep him for more seasons to come and give him the minutes

Still a good game from Miami knowing they have a lot of players out. The core four of Celtics however are good, they just need to find the 5th man to unlock something great. Horford or Richardson won’t cut it.

It’s been a LONG time since the Celtics won a game against a quality opponent. Have to go back to the 2016-17 season when they beat the Clippers. Does this mean the Celtics are going to win it all this year? Probably. This is the kind of victory that give a team the momentum to win every single game.

I’m a big fan of Robert Williams!! He had maturity problems at Texas A&M averaging 10 and 10 and leaving as a freshman..He is just a kid and will get alot better

The thing that bugs me about these Celtics…..There’s no emotion. They just play….hit a shot….miss a shot. No fist pumping. No “come on, let’s go” to the crowd. It’s just going through the motions and only achieving a .500+. The bench reacts, sure. What about firing up your teammates? I miss Garnett, Pierce, Rondo, Bird and gang.
