Hell of a win on the road in MSG here. The hawks lately have been fighting like dawgs and it’s paying off now with back to back wins against good teams. This was a complete team effort especially on the defensive end, what a defensive effort and just our ability in this game to force tough shots and force turnovers was really key tonight. A great performance from NAW on both ends, stepped up big with his scoring. What a game for Dyson Daniels, he got to the rim effectively offensively but his defense was incredible, absolutely locked up Brunson in this game. Jalen with a big contribution too, triple double machine and his passing is really impressive at this level now. Okongwu had a great game, both ends and finished a ton of plays. Zacc as well, still want to see him more involved and take more shots but he really supplied in his opportunities, and the bench was key with Kennard and Vit. Porzingis even though he didn’t shoot well still such a key impact especially defensively to have a 7 foot guy with interior defensive presence. Great team win and you just hope that this effort is something that can continue so the hawks can put a good stretch together. Toronto tomorrow, let’s go hawks #TrueToAtlanta
Is it just me or Hawks are again winning without Trae? 😂😂 Nickeil Alexander Walker is better than Trae at this point. He is playing that PG spot very well for Hawks.
Best road win of the year for the Atlanta Hawks. Anytime you can get a win in Madison Square Garden it’s a big deal. Yes, some key players were out for the Knicks, but this is still a big win for the Hawks.
But I thought the trae young fans said we can’t beat good teams without trae? Back to back wins against good teams and made it look pretty easy! #NOTICING
