      @@Babytiger2311jesus was a man, not a God.

The belief in the divinity of Jesus (peace be upon him) can be refuted from many angles
Let’s explore this from both the Bible and an Islamic perspective:

      1) Jesus’ Lack of Knowledge Regarding the Hour:
In the New Testament, there are passages that highlight Jesus’ lack of knowledge regarding the exact timing of certain events. These passages emphasize that only God (the Father) knows the precise hour. Here are a couple of relevant verses:

      (Matthew 24:36-44):
Jesus says, “But concerning that day and hour no one knows, not even the angels of heaven, nor the Son, but the Father only”.
This verse underscores Jesus’ acknowledgment that the knowledge of the Day of Judgment lies solely with God.

      (Thessalonians 5:1-3):
The apostle Paul writes about the day of the Lord coming like a thief in the night, catching people unaware.
Again, this emphasizes the unexpected nature of the Hour and the limited knowledge even Jesus had regarding its exact timing. As, a god cannot know and know at the same time.

      2) Eating:
The New Testament contains accounts of Jesus sharing meals with various people. These instances highlight his humanity and social interactions. Here are a couple of relevant verses:

      (Matthew 9:10-11) (NIV):
“While Jesus was having dinner at Matthew’s house, many tax collectors and sinners came and ate with him and his disciples.”
This verse portrays Jesus dining with tax collectors and sinners, emphasizing his approachability and willingness to share meals with people from different backgrounds.

      (John 21:12) (NIV):
After his resurrection, Jesus appeared to his disciples by the Sea of Galilee and said, “Come and have breakfast.”
This verse shows Jesus inviting his disciples to share a meal with him, further emphasizing his humanity and the significance of communal meals

      3) Sleeping:
The Bible also acknowledges Jesus’ need for rest and sleep:
      (Mark 4:35-38) (NIV):
“That day when evening came, he said to his disciples, ‘Let us go over to the other side.’ Leaving the crowd behind, they took him along, just as he was, in the boat. There were also other boats with him. A furious squall came up, and the waves broke over the boat, so that it was nearly swamped. Jesus was in the stern, sleeping on a cushion.”
In this account, Jesus sleeps during a storm while traveling by boat with his disciples. His vulnerability during sleep highlights his humanity. Why would a god need to sleep when God states Himself He doesn’t feel drowsy or sleepiness nor He feels fatigued.

in quran: “Allah! There is no god but He, the Living, the Everlasting. Slumber seizes Him not, neither sleep. To Him belongs all that is in the heavens and the earth. Who is there that can intercede with Him, except by His leave? He knows what lies before them and what is after them, and they comprehend not anything of His Knowledge save as He wills. His throne comprises the heavens and the earth, and preserving them fatigues Him not. And He is the All-High, All-Glorious.” (Quran, Surat al-Baqarah, Ayah 255)

      ###Quranic Perspective:
The Quran explicitly refutes the claim that Jesus is God. In Surah Al-Ma’idah (5:116), Allah says: “And [beware the Day] when Allah will say, ‘O Jesus, Son of Mary, did you say to the people, ‘Take me and my mother as deities besides Allah?’ He will say, ‘Exalted are You! It was not for me to say that to which I have no right. If I had said it, You would have known it. You know what is within myself, and I do not know what is within Yourself. Indeed, it is You who is Knower of the unseen.”
This verse emphasizes that Jesus never claimed divinity, and he disavows any association with such beliefs.

      ###Jesus’ Prostration (Sujood):
Jesus prostrating to One God, practiced prostration (sujood) in their worship.
In the Quran, there is a reference to Jesus’ humility and prostration:
      Surah Al-Imran (3:43):
“O Mary, be devoutly obedient to your Lord and prostrate and bow with those who bow [in prayer]”.
Although this verse specifically addresses Mary (Maryam), it reflects the broader practice of prostration in worship.
Islamic tradition teaches that Jesus, like other prophets, would have performed prostration during his prayers as an act of submission to God.

      ###Hadith Reports:
Authentic hadiths also shed light on the matter. One well-known hadith relates to the return of Jesus (Isa) before the Day of Judgment. According to these reports, Jesus will return, marry, combat the Antichrist (Dajjal), and then pass away and be buried.
His return and eventual natural death reinforce his status as a human prophet, not a divine being.

In Surah Ali ‘Imran (3:55), Allah addresses Jesus, saying: “Indeed, I will take you and raise you to Myself.”
as we believe he was not killed or sacrificed but he asked to God and prayed to Him so Allah rescues Jesus(peace be upon him)

      ###Lastly Comparison with Christian Beliefs:

Christians believe in the divinity of Jesus, but the Quran explicitly opposes this belief. For Muslims, Jesus is a revered prophet, not God.
An honest examination of the Gospels reveals that Jesus never explicitly claimed to be God. It was later authors of the New Testament who propagated this idea, not Jesus himself.
In Islam, Jesus (Isa) is highly revered as a prophet and messenger of God, but not as divine. His teachings emphasize monotheism and submission to God’s will

Islamic teachings emphasize Jesus’ prophethood and humanity, while refuting the notion that he is God.
      and
Say “God is One” (Chapter 112 Surah ikhlas: verse 1).

      May Allah guide you.
