Wonder if he dipped like that to be mysterious or cuz he wanted medical attention quick for his throat bleeding. No blood swallowing the needles no blood chomping the glass but towards the end the host pulled kind of fast and when he shows him open mouth hes got a decent amount of blood coming on his tongue

Explanation… the needles and glass and the thead are swallowed. The glass cut his tongue a little. The needles on the thread are hidden on his mouth ready to pull out. It was stunt not magic. The glass and needle on his stomach can hurt him or he can withdraw it thru pooping but still its dangerous.. the neddle can stock on his entire body on a lifetime if he didnt manage to withdraw it. But the glass are more dangerous.
