Amanda you guys wouldn’t have even scored over 100 if it weren’t for the refs. Bryn Forbes got a flagrant foul for literally no reason

      December 20, 2019 at 7:38 am

i2E Prod. They call flagrant now if you step under the shooter, but yea I don’t blame the refs for the loss.

I’ve noticed that its not about having superstars on a team. If teams have the right pieces, things work out. I like Kyrie but the Nets are doing pretty well without him.

Michele Monae they lost to the hornets the spurs when they had a huge lead an by 30 to the pacers

Great game by Spencer Dinwiddie but I hope David Nwaba recovers well. That ruptured Achilles injury looked bad πŸ˜’πŸ™πŸΌπŸ™πŸΌπŸ™πŸΌ

good win. great comeback. but pop has to trust our young guys a little more. he has to stop snatching them out of the game every time they make a mistake. he has to figure out a rotation. i don’t like the 11 man rotation he has going now. i would add lonnie and jakob to the starting lineup (dejounte, walker, derozan, aldridge and jokob). i think adding lonnie automatically makes the team a better. with dejount/walker you’re now longer (both have a 6-10 wingspan), faster and more athletic in the backcourt. and better defensively. jokob seem to have a big impact on how we play. he also improves the defense on the front end. as much as i like forbes, i would leave him out of the rotation. so the bench would be derrick, patty, marco, rudy and trey.

      December 20, 2019 at 12:38 am

…i wouldn’t play marco cause for 1 his contract is up at the end of the season i don’t see how the spurs could bring him back his not part of the spurs future…Bryn is playing way better than marco…i would start white over walker this year…but walker should be starting next season unless pop is still coaching then marco will start…lol

    • Chin Chukwu

      December 20, 2019 at 7:14 am

@spursfan17 spursfan17 – i totally agree. the only reason i said marco over bryn is because pop seems to be married to marco. the pass few games it just seems like pop has been looking for a reason to play him. after walker scored 28 against the rockets, pop was subbing derozan for walker–and his minutes were going up/consistent. then instead of bringing derozan back in for walker—he would bring in marco. making marco the 11th man. this game—pop subbed marco for derozan. walker was now the 11th man. i like derrick white a lot. he played well this game, but he’s too inconsistent from game to game. one game he’s attacking/aggressive and looking for his shot. the next game he’s not only missing every shot, but passing open ones.

Spurs Deserved to win the game even though the Refs Made some Terrible calls down the stretch Hope Nwaba Recovers from that Achilles Injury.

What is pops fascination with Forbes starting over walker it’s like he secretly trying to tank the season

    • spursfan17 spursfan17

      December 20, 2019 at 12:33 am

…he is trying to tank…he plays marco every game doesn’t play white and dejounte together like they should be playing for there defense…i want pop to retire at the end of this season…

      December 20, 2019 at 5:06 am

@spursfan17 spursfan17 Won’t retire he too power hungry but he will eventually step down as head coach n just b general manager n run the team from the front office the same way Pat Riley does in Miami.

spursfan17 spursfan17 crazy I never seen him coach like this it’s really odd he plays players over his his best talents

      December 20, 2019 at 8:55 am

@spursfan17 spursfan17 he’s “tired of all the threes”, which i suppose means he’s tired of all the winning. if he remains, he runs the risk of becoming a caricature of himself like Phil; that guy is probably still trying to install the triangle with some spare parts on a North Dakotan Native American Reserve.

Is Holt man enough to replace him with Becky?

    December 20, 2019 at 12:30 am

…pop should start playing the best players on the team more minutes…and put the best starting 5 in…and how does marco keep playing more minutes than walker…marco 27 minutes…11 1 1…walker 14minutes 4 6 2 and walker brings energy and defense…white should be starting over forbes…walker would be more consistent by now if pop would have played him since the start and play him 20+ minutes…i think pop would trade dejounte white and walker before trading marco…i hope pop retires at the end of the season…he lost us the rockets game and a lot of other games almost lost this game…

I don’t know if the whole game was like this, but just going by the highlights it seemed like the Nets couldn’t earn a da#n foul to save their life. Just in the highlights there were at least clear fouls on a 3, a dunk, and a runner that weren’t called.
