Boston gonna be good this year…but is it me or does Jason Tatum play super weak ? I hardly see him take it to the rack in traffic. . He kind of hangs out around the 3 point line and plays no D

T Dat don’t get it twisted, he plays D (I think he leads the team in steals) but he definitely needs to get better at playing physically because he has been missing at the rim way too much

Tatum is made for the last :05 of the shot clock. You can swing the ball to him and he doesn’t need any time to create ample separation and get a clean look. This is similar to Carmelo. He is actually less effective earlier in the shot clock when he gets the ball and has time to hold it and think about his move. He’s so good offensively that when he has no choice but to just “go” and make a move immediately, he’s at his best.

That Charlotte team is not that great but they play hard. Their first draft pick is a really good pickup and bridges, bacon have played well. Once they are out of those bad contracts they’ll be in a great place especially with this great draft class coming in. Hopefully they can get the first pick and grab Wiseman, Ball or Anthony.
