Just think back to where the hawks were early in the season. They were at the bottom of the east on a horrendous losing streak coming off of a 24 win season last year. They fire Lloyd Pierce. Nate McMillan comes in and completely does a 180 on that franchise and completely turns it around. Early in the season I never thought they would make the playoffs much less the Eastern Conference Finals.
